Appraisify is seeking licensed real estate agents to complete Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) on a contract basis. This role is ideal for detail oriented agents who are comfortable analyzing property data, assessing market conditions, and delivering accurate, well supported valuations within defined turnaround times. We provide the property data capture needed for BPO completion.

Responsibilities

  • Complete interior and or exterior Broker Price Opinions in assigned markets
  • Analyze comparable sales, listings, and local market trends
  • Provide clear, well supported value conclusions and commentary
  • Adhere to Appraisify’s BPO guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround times
  • Communicate promptly regarding questions or delays
  • Submit complete and accurate reports through our platform

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license in good standing
  • Knowledge of local market conditions
  • Prior BPO experience preferred
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow standardized instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and professional written communication
  • Reliable internet access and basic platform proficiency

Compensation & Structure
Compensation is $35-$55 per completed BPO assignment. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid per assignment, not hourly employment. There is no guaranteed volume or minimum hours. Assignment opportunities are offered based on coverage area, client demand, and performance, and agents are free to accept or decline work based on availability.
