Develop annual marketing strategies for multiple business partners, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and corporate priorities. Oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns—digital, social, print, web, and mass media—from planning through performance optimization. Present marketing insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross‑functional partners ensuring strategic alignment and influence. Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external agencies, ensuring alignment of objectives and processes for quality, consistency, and effectiveness. Manage creative and experiential marketing agencies, including contract management, as well as overall relationship and issues management. Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and spend prioritization to ensure financial discipline is aligned with company expectations. Identify and champion new marketing technologies, tools, or trends that enhance customer engagement, program adoption, and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with US federal and state regulatory marketing requirements across Utah, Ontario, and North Carolina. What You Bring Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 8+ years of directly related experience. 4+ years of people-leadership experience. Experience with managing creative agencies. Strong leadership and communication skills Stellar ability to operate in complex, cross‑functional environments. Preferred: Post‑graduate degree or MBA. Experience in Energy sector or regulated industries is a plus. Success designing and measuring effective marketing strategies. Working Conditions Office-based with approximately 25% travel between US jurisdiction & Ontario. For Ontario only- The salary range is $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per annum CAD. *Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates. For US Only Salary range - $125,000 - $135,000.00 USD Benefits- Ohio (Non-Union Employees) PPO & HSO plans (only HSA if participate in the HSO) Benefits coverage starts on Day 1 11 US Paid Holidays + 2 personal holidays per year Paid vacation – starting at 3 weeks per year Military Leave Retirement Savings 401(k) savings plan with company contributions – 3 yr vesting Internally this role is titled Marketing, Supervisor.
