<p><strong>Position:</strong> Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Virtual Assistant</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)<br><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Independent Contractor Agreement<br><br><strong>About Us</strong><br></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and highly specialized <strong>Lead Generation & Digital Campaign Virtual Assistant</strong> to support high-volume, multi-channel marketing and outreach operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing large-scale digital campaigns, structured workflows, and consistent daily execution.</p> <p>You will work closely with the operations team to ensure leads are generated, tracked, engaged, qualified, and handed off correctly.<br><strong><br>Key Responsibilities</strong><br></p> <ul><li>Manage <strong>high-volume, multi-channel lead generation campaigns</strong> across different platforms.</li><li>Execute targeted <strong>mass DM outreach</strong> at scale, including Instagram outreach.</li><li>Run and manage <strong>cold email outreach</strong> campaigns and daily lead engagement.</li><li>Support <strong>email and SMS marketing</strong>, including flows, templates, integrations, and basic optimization.</li><li>Assist with <strong>digital advertising support</strong> across multiple platforms.</li><li>Perform <strong>SEO-related tasks</strong>, including audit reports, keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page support (including backlinks).</li><li>Distribute content across multiple digital pages and channels consistently.</li><li>Track, organize, and qualify leads following structured workflows.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the operations VA to ensure proper lead handoff and reporting.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul><li>Proven experience managing <strong>high-volume lead generation campaigns</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>cold outreach</strong> (DMs, email, and SMS).</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>digital marketing fundamentals</strong> across multiple platforms.</li><li>Experience with <strong>SEO tasks</strong>, including keyword research and technical/on-page support.</li><li>Ability to follow <strong>structured workflows</strong> and maintain consistency at scale.</li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.</li><li>Previous experience as a <strong>Marketing VA or Specialized Marketing VA</strong> is required<strong><br></strong></li></ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul><li>100% remote work.</li><li>40 hours per week.</li><li>Vacation benefits after 1 consecutive year with us!</li><li>Annual rate adjustment (we want to keep a competitive salary for you).</li><li>Experience working with international clients.</li><li>Improvement in your English skills.</li><li>Development plans.</li><li>Training with tools and team support.</li></ul>
