Candidates should be based within the Tri-state area with the ability to be at the NYC office 2-3 times per week. Approximately 15% travel. WHAT WILL YOU DO Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage lifestyle brands within categories like airlines, wine, spirits, technology, and fashion to drive revenue growth. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing and negotiating solutions that meet their needs and requirements to drive mutual growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and strategies that align with the brand's objectives and our company's goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention. WHAT WILL YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 5+ years of Account Management experience. Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships with lifestyle brands, particularly within the airlines, wine, spirits, and fashion categories. Strong understanding of the lifestyle brands industry, market trends, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
