Job Title: IT Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support across multiple construction sites and offices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT hardware for office and site teams.
  • Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance machines, ensuring smooth operation and data accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain networking infrastructure at different sites, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
  • Ensure stable internet connectivity at all project sites, troubleshooting issues as required.
  • Perform software installation, updates, and troubleshooting for company systems, including ERP, email, and other applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues via remote assistance and site visits.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking hardware and software licenses.
  • Manage data backups and recovery plans, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain IT security protocols, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and access controls.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, network upgrades, and other IT-related services.
  • Assist in setting up project site offices, ensuring IT infrastructure is fully functional.
  • Maintain IT documentation and reports, tracking support requests, incidents, and resolutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a construction or contracting environment.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
