As an IT Communications intern, you will assist with producing communications materials for IT and business projects.

Responsibilities

**What You'll Do**

+ Become an key contributor on project teams to ensure the successful rollout of new technology and major enterprise upgrades. Attend project meetings and work with team members and supervisor to help meet project deliverables and timelines.

+ Develop clear and concise written content, including emails and new articles to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

+ Interact with business clients and developers to create, edit, and post communications on the company's internal websites or various communications channels.

+ Develop content in various formats based on appropriateness of the channel and audience, including infographics, presentations, flyers, video, and content for employee-based digital signage as appropriate.

+ Produce online surveys, questionnaires, e-mails, intranet content, and other digital tools upon request.

+ Assist with creation and revision of presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

+ Proofread and revise content and collaborate on review process to finalize and distribute communications.

+ Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications**

+ Available part-time during the Spring and Fall 2026 semesters and full time during the summer and breaks.

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or related field of study.

+ Strong writing skills with attention to detail.

+ Minimum GPA: 3.00

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.

+ Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
