Join us and get your career moving!<br><br><strong> <strong>This is a full-time summer internship lasting from May 11, 2026, until August 28, 2026.</strong> <br><br></strong><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>The Intern, Procurement and Supply Management (P&SM) is responsible for working with Category Analysts, Managers, and Senior Managers to support and drive a variety of projects. The incumbent works with different teams (e.g., Business, Legal, Compliance, or Finance) to ensure that deadlines and deliverables are met. The projects provide the opportunity to learn and gain experience while being mentored. Team members are expected to lead projects and oversee all aspects of the project portfolio.<br><br><strong>Major Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Perform spend analysis for baseline on Category projects</li><li> Carry out analyses for project recommendations</li><li> Assist and lead Category Analyst in building requirements for Request for Proposal (RFP)</li><li> Assist and lead Category Managers in elaborating Award of Business (AOB)</li><li> Handle and ensure compliance of AOB tagging</li><li> Handle contract compliance</li><li> Assist and lead Category Analyst with project management tasks such as logistics, delivery and inspection updates, invoice discrepancies, and transmission of expenditures reports to Finance<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li> Proficient Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint and Notes</li><li> Knowledge of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) and ARIBA*</li><li> Knowledge of reporting software such as Tableau and SmartSheet</li><li> Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)</li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li> Autonomous and good sense of project ownership<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education<br><br></strong><ul><li> Recent Graduated or working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent<br><br></li></ul><strong>This position is for students who self‑identify as First Nations, Inuit, and/or Métis, the Indigenous peoples of Canada.
