Information Technology (IT) Manager | Full-Time | Remote (EMEA Region)

We are a trusted recruitment partner, dedicated to connecting top talent with innovative companies worldwide. We are currently hiring on behalf of a fast-growing software company headquartered in Dubai, seeking an experienced and strategic Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead and optimize the company's technology operations. This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates based within the EMEA region.

About the Role

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and support business growth. You will manage IT operations, implement best practices, and collaborate closely with leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT operations including systems administration, network security, and infrastructure management.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security and efficiency.
  • Manage software implementation, upgrades, and integrations across the organization.
  • Lead troubleshooting and provide support for critical IT issues.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Prepare and manage IT budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's or relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP are a plus).
  • 7+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a software or technology-driven company.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams and implementing scalable IT solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a distributed work environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
