<h2><strong>Inbound Call Center Representative</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Location</strong>: Morris County, NJ<li><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday thru Friday (2 Weeknights 11 am-8 pm & 2 Saturdays a Month 9 am - 5:30 pm)<li><strong>Hourly pay</strong>: $21-$23 /hr</ul><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>PrideStaff is collaborating with a medical solutions company to find an experienced Inbound Call Center Representative to join their team. We are looking for talented and competitive Inbound Customer Service Patient Representatives who can provide outstanding customer service while generating appointments by handling incoming calls in a premier contact center.<br><br>A successful representative must be friendly, articulate, motivated, and persuasive. This role involves using customer management software to manage and track the outcomes of interactions. It's essential to have a disciplined and organized approach, demonstrating compassion and active listening to achieve the best performance and results.<br><br>Candidates must be able to quickly understand customers' needs and present suitable solutions.
