What You’ll be Doing:

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, pre-boarding tasks, and system setup.

  • Support and guide managers through probationary periods, including documentation and performance reviews.

  • Manage the full offboarding lifecycle, including exit interviews,Bob system access removal, and payroll notifications.

Employee Relations & Performance

  • Act as a point of contact for managers on employee relations matters, including absence, conduct, and performance concerns.

  • Support on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes, escalating complex cases as appropriate.

  • Support the Performance Committee process, including preparation of documentation and tracking outcomes.

  • Support with ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and remain up to date.

Reward, Pay & Benefits

  • Support pay review, promotion, and bonus processes, ensuring accurate documentation and approvals.

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee queries relating to reward and remuneration.

  • Support the implementation of recognition and reward initiatives across the business.

Engagement, Culture, Well-being & EDI&B

  • Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, including engagement surveys, interviews, and eNPS reporting.

  • Support career development initiatives, including the Growth Framework and internal mobility processes.

  • Assist in the coordination of CSR and internal engagement events, including DE&I data collection, reporting, and action planning.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate People Data and MI to support retention, engagement, and performance insights.

  • Produce regular HR reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends and areas of focus.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and data protection requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

Ideally qualified to a CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it), we’re looking for previous experience in an HR Advisory or HR Coordinator role – this is a MUST! You will thrive in this role if you’ve not only managed employee relations cases end-to-end but also have experience working in a multi-site and/or fast-growing organisation.
