We create cutting edge websites, digital and account-based marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. We are full-stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development. **What’s the job all about?** The job is a Hubspot CRM Implementation Specialist with a focus on processes and integrations. Working as a business solutions consultant within our project team, you will help our clients solve complex problems within a variety of CRMs and connected platforms. You will often have to connect different processes across multiple departments and software platforms to ensure a smooth, continuous workflow. No two projects are ever the same. We are looking for a creative problem solver who cannot only implement solutions created by the team but design original solutions themselves. **Requirements**: **What skills and experience do you need to have?** The main technical skills we would need you to have are: (1) You have experience working as an implementer and/or administrator within HubSpot with additional value towards those who have also worked in others i.e. Zoho and Salesforce. Valid HubSpot Certifications and on the job experience would be considered an additional asset and bonus. (2) You have experience in some of the following areas: - Cloud platform integrations Creating sales workflows and sequences - User training(3) You are comfortable researching new solutions, verifying their capabilities, and providing evidence to demonstrate that you have identified the best option. (4) You can comfortably and clearly communicate to clients, as well as actively listen to the client’s needs.
