We are looking for a baker (preferably with bread making experience) with experience who may be keen to have a side hustle and work some extra hours with us. He or she must be able to follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and work in a fast-paced environment. All while ensuring quality and consistency in our baked products at all times.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in production line for baking, stuffing, shaping, and finishing high-quality breads and pastries.
  • Operate baking equipment under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
  • Comply with food handling and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Manage inventory and replenish stock when needed.
  • Actively support bakery operations as required.

Requirements

  • Pleasant, positive, and customer-oriented disposition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with grace and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work 6 working days/week and perform shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not mandatory—training will be provided
  • Ability to work overtime base on productivity / business.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates, school leavers and job seekers are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certification. Alternatively, must be prepared to take and pass the course promptly.
  • No quota for Work Permit and S Pass
