Key Responsibilities As an HR Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on organizing and auditing employee files, managing documents on ADP's Document Cloud, and developing efficient processes for file management and retrieval. Your responsibilities will include: Organizing and auditing employee files to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Uploading and managing employee documents on ADP's Document Cloud from our SharePoint site. Developing and implementing efficient processes for file management and retrieval. Reorganizing HR administrative electronic folders and establishing a consistent naming convention for easy file access. Finding and organizing both paper and online documents relating to employees and HR processes. Collaborating with HR staff to identify and address any discrepancies or gaps in documentation. Communicating progress and updates to the HR team regularly. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on file organization and compliance. Familiarity with SharePoint is essential. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptionally detail-oriented yet fast-paced. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with HR team members. Creative problem-solver with a fast-learning ability and adaptability to new systems. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is preferred.
