**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide timely and professional responses. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Being highly productive and meeting outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
  • Utilizing telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers
  • Providing timely and professional responses to all written communication
  • Properly utilizing CRM systems for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution
  • Following policies and procedures regarding escalations
  • Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

**Training and Development**

During the first two weeks of employment, you will undergo comprehensive training, conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm CST. **Education and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
