You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.You will serve as the main production point of contact across projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.Project ManagementCoordinate cross-department collaboration across creative, operations, technical, and vendor teams.Process & DocumentationCreate and maintain comprehensive production documentation, timelines, and handover materials.Develop and track schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.Support consistent communication flow and version control for all project documentationBudgeting & Financial ManagementBuild, manage, and reconcile production budgets from feasibility through final delivery.Track project spending and identify opportunities for optimization or cost savings.Oversee contracts, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.Assist with closing out event P&Ls and financial reporting.Leadership & CommunicationPresent confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.Translate complex production challenges into practical, solution-oriented recommendations.Soft SkillDemonstrate adaptability, composure, and creative problem-solving under pressure.Promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication across departments.Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and clients through professionalism and reliability.About You: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.3+ years of experience in the event production industryFluency in English. Arabic is a nice assetProven track record of managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.Experience negotiating and managing contracts and budgets.Excellent organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt charts).Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Ambition to grow into larger production management or leadership roles.You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
