As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility.</p><p>Remote Available.</p><p>Position Purpose: Directs the organization with the critical information needed to make fact-based decisions, including building a strong business alignment with internal and external customers and providing key internal and external customers with information and analytics. Manages business and reporting analysts to produce operational reports by state and by product to management and external audit teams on time; continuously identify process to automate/eliminate reports by applying business process improvement and process reengineering to the report development wherever possible.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manages day-to-day functions of business and reporting analysts.</li><li>Provides senior leadership team with adequate information to make decisions (both strategic & tactical).</li><li>Analyzes reports, creates trend lines and makes recommendations/explanations.</li><li>Designs and builds utilization management dashboards/reports/models.</li><li>Performs in depth analysis of current trends to enable organization to diagnose and respond to changing competitive landscape.</li><li>Proactively evaluates macro-market data, technology and benchmarks to discern trends, anomalies, and areas of opportunities.</li><li>Works with internal report production teams to evaluate historical performance and forecast future performance.</li><li>Interprets, creates final recommendations and presents the results to key stakeholders.</li><li>Develops and directs the implementation of strategies to substantially improve data processing efficiencies.</li><li>Leads the execution of projects based on predictive analytics, customer segmentation and modeling, ad hoc business analytics and customer behavior reporting in support of internal global business partners.</li><li>Designs, develops and implements analytical models using appropriate data mining and statistical tools, analyze results and work cross-functionally to generate actionable recommendations.</li><li>Identifies and manages outside vendor relationships, where appropriate.</li><li>In partnership with leadership, identifies what ifs and improvement opportunities - and then performs analysis to quantify and validate.</li><li>Manages the overall planning, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics programs, products and services, particularly to address the medical service needs of members, network providers, market leadership, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborates with Director, Quality Data Integrity to produce desired reporting for Markets.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>Candidate Education</b></p><ul><li>Required: A Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Preferred: A Master\'s Degree in a related field.</li><li>Required: 7+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting business departments.</li><li>Required: 5+ years of experience in marketing/customer database analytics such as analytic segmentation, measurement of strategy development, ROI analysis, modeling, web analysis, etc.</li><li>Required: 3+ years of management experience.</li><li>Licenses and Certifications: A license in one of the following is required.
