Develop and implement strategies for the Executive Sponsor Program to drive business growth and achieve company goals. Build and maintain relationships with top executives and Fortune 500 companies to secure their participation in the program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the program and create a positive experience for executive sponsors. Lead and manage a team of professionals to effectively engage with executive sponsors and provide support as needed. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for the program and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain program metrics to track performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Represent the company and the Executive Sponsor Program at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the program to enhance the value and impact for executive sponsors. Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify potential executive sponsor candidates and create compelling pitches to secure their participation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Executive Sponsor Program with company goals and values. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members, promoting diversity and empowerment. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to executive sponsorship and incorporate them into the program strategy. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on program performance and seek support for initiatives.
