Acadiana Circle of Friends We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Service Worker to provide essential care and support to individuals with diverse needs. In this role, you will be a vital part of creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment, helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. COME INTO OFFICE TO APPLY PLEASE.

Must be 18 years of age or older, able to read and write, and follow directions. Client is a male, lives in Youngsville.

Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

Light Housekeeping, {assist with shower if needed},

{Assistance with going to and from the bathroom and getting in bed when needed}

shift: Day 7AM - 7PM and or Over Night 7PM - 7AM

Off every other weekend

Pay Type: Full time

Average :42 - 46 hours weekly

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living
  • Monitor residents’ health observing patient conditions, and reporting any changes promptly
  • Preparing small meals if needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light cleaning duties
  • Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
