Position Summary

Join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing (Intern), supporting the execution and optimization of digital content, ecommerce operations, and marketing workflows across Midea and related brand platforms.

This hands-on role ensures product content accuracy, operational efficiency, and brand consistency across brand websites, retailer partner platforms, and internal marketing initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and external partners to support product launches, maintain digital assets, and enable smooth marketing execution across channels.

Role & Responsibilities

Website Content Management & Optimization

·       Manage and execute updates across brand websites and retailer product pages, ensuring accuracy of product information, assets, and specifications.

·       Maintain alignment with brand standards and coordinate approvals with Product, Category, and Sales teams.

·       Conduct regular content reviews to ensure consistency, completeness, and quality across digital platforms.

·       Support ongoing optimization of product pages to improve discoverability, engagement, and user experience.

Marketing Operations & Financial Coordination

·       Prepare and track marketing expense submissions, invoices, and supporting documentation.

·       Maintain budget trackers and support reconciliation processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

·       Ensure marketing activities are properly documented and operational workflows run efficiently.

Cross Functional Coordination

·       Act as a key execution partner between internal teams and external agencies or retailer partners.

·       Manage content briefs, approval workflows, and asset exchanges to support launches and updates.

·       Maintain centralized repositories for product assets and marketing materials.

Design & Creative Support

·       Execute design updates supporting Product Management, ecommerce initiatives, and onboarding across Midea and related brand websites.

·       Develop or adapt internal marketing assets while ensuring alignment with brand visual standards.

·       Support ongoing creative needs for digital and internal communications.

·       Operational Excellence

·       Manage digital asset libraries with clear naming conventions and version control.

·       Follow structured workflows and timelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of marketing deliverables.

·       Continuously support improvements to marketing processes and execution efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

·       Content Design Experience is must (Canva, Adobe, photo shop)

·       1to 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or related roles.

·       Experience working with CMS platforms and retailer content environments.

·       Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.

·       Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital content best practices.

·       Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar platforms.

·       Comfortable working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience supporting ecommerce or retail marketing environments.

·       Familiarity with digital asset management systems and approval workflows.

·       Experience working with consumer appliance or multi brand organizations is an asset.

·       Experience with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and similar platforms and creating graphical elements.
