About the Role

Universal Church Directories is seeking a result-driven Digital Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage an online engine that generates high-quality leads for our national team of over 50 Church Consultants. Your mission is to use Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to identify church decision-makers and convert their interest into scheduled appointments for our field staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facebook & Instagram Lead Funnels: Create and manage targeted campaigns that highlight UCD’s "Zero-Work" solution. You will focus on the Member Reactivation and Outreach benefits to entice Pastors to request more information.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Identify and engage Catholic Priests, Parish Business Managers, and Mainline Church Administrators. You will build the UCD brand as the #1 professional alternative to DIY apps.
  • Conversion Content: Develop high-impact visual content (Reels, Graphics, and Posts) that showcases our studio-quality portraits and the MyUCD Appfeatures.
  • Lead Hand-off: Coordinate with Church Consultants to ensure that every digital lead is entered into Streak (CRM) and followed up on immediately.
  • Website Optimization: Ensure the UCD website acts as a high-converting landing page where church leadership can easily request a "Map to Success" presentation.

Qualifications

  • Location: Must live in the Mansfield, Ohio area to work closely with home-office leadership.
  • Lead Gen Expertise: Proven experience using social media specifically for B2B or non-profit lead generation; simply "managing pages" is not enough.
  • Ministry Minded: Ability to communicate with the empathy and respect required to build trust with church leadership.
  • Performance Focused: Understanding of sales funnels—moving a prospect from a social media click to a booked appointment.

Why Join UCD?

  • Stable Legacy: Work for a family-owned company with 60 years of history and a reach of 170,000 families annually.
  • Proven System: You will be supported by a professional Training Manual and a national team of experts.
