Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: $23.25 per hour
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts | Morning & weekend availability required

Job Description:
We’re hiring Delivery Drivers to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team in Philadelphia, PA. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll deliver Amazon packages using a company-provided cargo van — no CDL required!

Compensation & Benefits:
* $23.25/hour starting pay
* Weekly pay (every Friday)
* Paid training
* Paid overtime

* Company vehicle provided – no personal vehicle required

Responsibilities:

* Safely drive a company cargo van to deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses.
* Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs)
* Use a smartphone for route navigation and scanning deliveries
* Deliver 200+ packages per shift with accuracy and speed
* Follow all safety, traffic, and delivery guidelines
* Communicate with dispatch and supervisors as needed
* Assist other drivers when directed.

Requirements:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)
* Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
* Comfortable working in all weather conditions
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
* Able to work some weekends and holidays
