Role and Responsibilities:

As a participant, you’ll take part in:

  • Reviewing product ideas, advertising concepts, or service features.
  • Joining virtual focus groups or attending in-person sessions when required.
  • Testing apps, tools, or physical products and explaining your experience.
  • Following study instructions and staying involved throughout each session.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to use a smartphone, laptop, or tablet with internet access.
  • Clear, direct communication and willingness to provide honest feedback.
  • No previous job experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfort sharing your viewpoint in group discussions or interviews.
  • Interest in new products and customer experiences.
  • Availability to join recurring or follow-up studies.

Compensation and Earnings:

  • Typical studies pay CAD 75–CAD 150 per session.
  • More specialized or extended projects can reach up to CAD 850.
  • Remote participation is available for most assignments, offering full flexibility.
  • Early access to prototypes and new product trials.
  • No ongoing obligation-join only the studies that interest you.

Salary: Up to CAD 850 per week
