Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry and Accounting Clerk II to support high volume transactional work where accuracy, consistency, and compliance matter. This role plays a critical part in maintaining clean records, supporting regulatory documentation, and ensuring financial data is processed correctly. It is well suited for someone who takes pride in precision, follows procedures closely, and works comfortably in structured environments.


  • Location: Las Vegas, NV (2 weeks onsite then work from home)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $20-22/hour W2
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C

What You ll Do:


  • Perform high volume data entry and accounting support activities while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures
  • Review, verify, and process financial and operational records based on written guidelines and internal controls
  • Identify discrepancies, perform basic analysis, and escalate issues to ensure data integrity
  • Support audit, compliance, or regulatory documentation efforts as assigned
  • Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members after training
