Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Onboarding team (Sales or Supply) remotely. This role is open to UAE Nationals and focuses on supporting Kavak’s appointment-based operations. You will be responsible for appointment reminder calls, follow-ups, and rescheduling, while acting as a key touchpoint to ensure customers are fully prepared for their sales visits or vehicle inspections.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers with upcoming sales visits or supply inspections.


  • Make outbound reminder calls to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.


  • Follow up with customers to ensure they are prepared for their visit or inspection (documents, location, requirements).


  • Handle general customer inquiries related to appointments, onboarding steps, locations, and Kavak processes.


  • Manage appointment rescheduling or cancellations efficiently while coordinating with internal teams.


  • Record and update appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer interactions in internal CRM and scheduling systems.


  • Escalate issues or risks that may impact appointments to the relevant Sales or Supply teams.


  • Provide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders to ensure appointment readiness.


  • Proactively identify recurring issues affecting attendance or onboarding and report them for process improvement.




Requirements

  • Be eligible for the Emiratisation program and hold a valid Family Book.


  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Appointment Coordination, or a related role.


  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (phone-based role).


  • Comfortable handling outbound reminder calls and inbound customer inquiries.


  • Confident using CRM, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.


  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.


  • Customer-first mindset with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.


  • Team player who collaborates effectively with Sales, Supply, and Operations teams.
