Remote Patient Customer Service Representative

*** Only Candidates residing in the states of Florida, Texas, Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, West Virginia

Full-time (Paid Training) .50 increase @ 30 and 90 days after completion of training

Monday - Friday Must have open availability between the hours of 9am-8pm EST

$15-$16 per hour+ MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUS INCENTIVES

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team

Job duties:

  • You will support and provide superior customer service via phone.
  • Handle incoming patient’s telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve patients inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, while offering patient assistance and support.
  • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communications.
  • Access patient account information via computer software and make necessary updates as needed.
  • Document patient’s inquiries and requests efficiently in our system
  • Meet and exceed personal and department objectives and metrics

POSTION REQUREMENTS

  • Previous call center experience:
  • Medical Terminology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem –solving
  • Ability to multitask and mange time effectively
  • Have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly Motivated, fast learner
