Your role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the District Manager and Operations Manager in directing activities of the Regional Customer Center (RCC) territory.

You will

  • Assist the locations within the RCC in soliciting and servicing new and existing customer base
  • Ensure high standards in housekeeping, merchanside presentation. training programs, and customer service
  • Be in charge of assigning service jobs to the Field Service Technicians 9FST) in the most efficient way in order to ensure the operations and service KPI's (Service Variance, FST Utilization, etc.) are met
  • Ensure billing is on time and sent to the customer or uploaded into their billing system
  • Assist the locations of the RCC in achieving sales and other financial targets and company operations at an individual location(s)
  • May be responsible for the oversight of safety audits, employee safety training, compliance with State and Feneral OSHA, D.O.T regulations, drug and alcohold testing and the safe maintenance of program equipment within the RCC territory

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service Management (Experience in people management and technical knowledge (steam, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical) are desired skills
  • Associates degree or equivalent - Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • You have effective supervisory skills
  • You have computer operations management and communication skills
  • You have strong sales and people skills along with expereience with budgeting, staffing, training, and profit & loss (P&L) analysis
  • You are able to read instructions, numbers and write legibily in English
