Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Cum Call Center Executive . This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support over various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product and service information with the aim of achieving high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Iranian Nationality
  • English speaker is a must
  • Proven customer service experience in a call center or related field is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
