Who We're Looking For

We are looking for Crew Member's who have a great attitude, a desire to learn, and are open to feedback. Fluency in English, ability to handle money, and operate restaurant equipment are required.

Responsibilities

  • Team Environment - Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treat others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction. Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities. Adhere to the schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
  • Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction - Put guests as the highest priority, ensure each guest is highly satisfied. Respond to specific guest needs with urgency. Adhere to brand standards, deliver quality food and beverages. Maintain a clean workstation and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas.
  • Profitability - Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively. Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Follow procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security.
