<p>Travel less than 10%</p><p><b><u><span>PURPOSE AND SCOPE:</span></u></b></p><p></p><p><span>The Contracted Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracted revenue within assigned Group(s). This includes the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of financial and contractual components, as well as detailed tracking and follow-up of all contracted revenue. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational alignment across payer agreements and revenue processes.</span></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Ensure timely and accurate communication of executed payer agreements to Operations leadership and Revenue Centers.</span></li><li><span>Oversee compliance with data collection, auditing, and contract implementation requirements, including monitoring performance of new contracts.</span></li><li><span>Audit revenue recognition to validate alignment with third</span><span>‑</span><span>party payer contract terms.</span></li><li><span>Track contract escalators and ensure timely notifications to payors; coordinate billing system updates accordingly.</span></li><li><span>Support budgetary reviews involving financial changes to existing or future payer agreements.</span></li><li><span>Perform various financial analyses to assist with contract proposals, contract terminations, payor, consolidation including analysis of Standard Carrier claims data obtained using current financial data systems, analysis of medication utilization for global contracts and analysis of rate structure conversion. </span></li><li><span>Develop and deliver analytical reports supporting managed care initiatives on a monthly or ad</span><span>‑</span><span>hoc basis.</span></li><li><span>Review of billing accuracy to ensure that projected revenue is being realized.</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate and up</span><span>‑</span><span>to</span><span>‑</span><span>date contract data within the contract management system, including timely submission of contract changes to Revenue Cycle Systems.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with payers to ensure facility additions, ownership changes, closures, and relocations are accurately reflected in payer systems and agreements.</span></li><li><span>Assist the credentialing department by securing necessary documentation to support timely payer application submissions.</span></li><li><span>Analyze network data to support market growth initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Conduct competitive analyses of individual markets and competitor provider activity.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with team members to establish and refine best practices and operational processes.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate technical proficiency and a strong understanding of departmental operations, industry standards, and current business trends.</span></li><li><span>Work on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of multiple data points and business variables.</span></li><li><span>Execute tactical plans and manage assigned programs or projects, often with significant process ownership.</span></li><li><span>Technically proficient in the specific department and knowledge of industry practice and business principles. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. </span></li><li><span>Make decisions that directly influence work processes and outcomes;
