Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing our social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement. Duties

  • Develop and produce high-quality visual and written content tailored for various social media channels, including images, videos, and articles.
  • Manage daily updates across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative strategies to increase audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars aligned with organisational campaigns and events.
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess content performance and optimise future content strategies.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner.
  • Maintain positive public relations by representing the organisation’s voice across all digital communications.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital environments.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling techniques.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic design is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their skills in digital marketing and public relations within a supportive team environment.
