<p>At New Balance, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Conference/Showroom Coordinator and Scheduler to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is motivated and driven to exceed expectations in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of conferences and showroom events, as well as the effective management of all logistical elements of these events. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event planning and operations, excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule conferences and showroom events. Manage all logistical elements of events. Develop event plans and timelines. Ensure seamless event execution. Prepare and manage budgets for events. Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance for events. Source and coordinate vendors related to event planning. Communicate with attendees and vendors as needed. Monitor and update event calendars. Provide on-site support as needed. Track event expenses and compile reports.
