Job Description The Complex Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth from established and new business travel accounts across assigned hotel properties. This role manages contracted transient business, identifies and activates new revenue opportunities, and increases market share within each hotel's competitive set. CBTSM serves as a strategic connector between sales, hotel leadership, and operations to ensure top corporate clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. This role will support the following properties: Omni Fort Worth, Omni Dallas, and Omni Oklahoma City Location & Travel: This position is remote-eligible; however, candidates must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) / Dallas markets. The role includes ongoing travel to hotels in the DFW area and Oklahoma City to support the designated properties and client visits. Responsibilities * Grow revenue from established corporate business travel accounts while identifying and securing new business travel opportunities for assigned hotels. * Research, analyze, and activate market-specific sales strategies to drive share penetration within each asset's competitive set. * Leverage local market intelligence, industry resources, and business development tools to uncover new demand sources and emerging accounts. * Grow revenue from established corporate business travel accounts while identifying and securing new business travel opportunities for assigned hotels. * Research, analyze, and activate market-specific sales strategies to drive share penetration within each asset's competitive set. * Leverage local market intelligence, industry resources, and business development tools to uncover new demand sources and emerging accounts. * Partner with Global Account Directors to develop and execute local market strategies for global accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching account objectives while maximizing local production and share growth at assigned hotels. * Collaborate closely with Group, Catering, Leisure, and Other Sales Teams to identify cross-selling opportunities between business travel, group, and catering segments. * Act as a key liaison between Sales and Hotel Operations, including Front Office, Guest Services, and Loyalty teams. * Communicate top client needs, preferences, production expectations, and service requirements to hotel leadership and operating teams. * Support execution of account-specific service strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. * Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reporting to stakeholders. Qualifications * Proven experience in business travel, corporate transient, or hotel sales, preferably in a multi-property or complex environment. * Strong knowledge of corporate RFP processes, contracting, and rate strategy. * Ability to analyze market data, competitive sets, and account performance to drive strategic decisions. * Demonstrated success in relationship management, negotiation, and revenue growth. * Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across sales disciplines and hotel operations. * Willingness to travel within region and beyond as needed * 3+ years of hotel sales experience * Be available for travel to supporting properties Physical Requirements: * The ability to sit and utilize telephone/computer for an extended period.
