Communications Analyst - Marketing Team

Description

As a Communications Analyst, you will be an essential member of the Marketing & Communications team, helping to drive highimpact messaging across the organization. This role is ideal for a versatile marketing communicator who is passionate about storytelling and excels at translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. In this position, you will contribute to the development and execution of a wide range of strategic communications-from executive messaging and internal announcements to media relations support, social media content, email campaigns, and other highvisibility initiatives that reinforce the firm's brand and business priorities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detailoriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be creative yet highly organized; confident working both independently and collaboratively; and able to balance strategic thinking with consistent, highquality execution.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Jefferies' communications strategy
  • Plan and coordinate media engagement for research analysts and investment banking leaders
  • Manage media inquiries around Jefferies deals and research analyst notes
  • Draft and manage the distribution of internal communications on key firm deals, milestones and priorities
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns that leverage media, events, digital strategies, social media, advertising, video, email and more
  • Support content and video development including brochures, whitepapers, blogs, storyboards and post-production video editing

Qualifications

  • Must be intellectually curious about financial services, prior experience a plus
  • Extremely organized with strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Adept in social media (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Analytically minded and able to dissect data to pull relevant insights and develop a narrative
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Primary Location: New York Full Time Salary Range of $70,000-$85,000

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
