<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>JOB PURPOSE<br><br></strong>The role is responsible to apply research & knowledge management concepts and practices across RTA and<br><br>manage and coordinate RTA research and development and ensure the successful implementation of related<br><br>policies according to the framework and stated guidelines in the RTA.<br><br><strong>Key Results Accountabilities<br><br></strong># Analyzes knowledge management maturity results, KPIs and highlights challenges and areas of improvement<br><br># Provides direct support to implement all KM events and ensures all relevant issues are addressed and handled<br><br>properly<br><br># Prepares & conduct knowledge management audit across all RTA agencies and sectors as per the plan<br><br># Effectively follows up on the implementation of all recommendations regarding section reports in coordination<br><br>with all concerned agencies and sectors & Identifying challenges and working to address them<br><br># Monitors the Research and Development initiatives and framework at RTA & raise recommendations<br><br># Creates analytical reports that reflect the actual performance of all RTA’s departments on executing the KM<br><br>plan along with suggesting recommendations for improvement<br><br># Any additional responsibilities as advised by the section manager or Director<br><br># Manages & implement activities and initiatives to emphasize research at RTA<br><br># Monitors & Develop special topics related to research and studies between RTA and its partners.<br><br># Oversees effective implementation of KM concepts, methodologies and practices across RTA’s sectors and<br><br>agencies<br><br># Ensures proper communication and provides support to all sectors and agencies about implementing KM<br><br>concepts and practices in their departments<br><br># Develops and manages research management system to approve new processes and policies<br><br># Develops and implements programs that promote a culture of research at the corporate level<br><br># Prepares periodic reports on performance indicators and initiatives for research for RTA and makes necessary<br><br>recommendations<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Technical Competencies<br><br></strong># Design Thinking<br><br># Implementation Management<br><br># Business Reporting<br><br># Research & Development<br><br># Benchmarking Research<br><br><strong>Education<br><br></strong># Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Applied Sciences or Business Management<br><br><strong>Job Category<br><br></strong>Administration<br><br><strong>Advertiser<br><br></strong>Roads and Transport Authority<br><br><strong>Department<br><br></strong>Innovation & Pioneering<br><br><strong>Educational-level<br><br></strong>Bachelor<br><br><strong>Required Nationality<br><br></strong>UAE Only<br><br><strong>Monthly Salary<br><br></strong>Unspecified<br><br><strong>Schedule-Time<br><br></strong>Full time<br><br><strong>Job Posting<br><br></strong>17/12/2025<br><br><strong>Unposting Date<br><br></strong>16/01/2026
