Open Shift Availability
  • Sewickley - late morning and afternoon shifts on weekdays
  • Wexford - weekday and weekend options, morning and afternoon; evening shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; overnight shifts on Friday and Sunday
  • Duncan Manor - afternoon shifts on Monday and weekends; evening shifts on weekends; early morning shifts on weekdays and weekends
Pay & Benefits
  • $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus an additional $1/hr for weekend shifts*
  • Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks with us**

Your Responsibilities
  • Foster meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and attentive care
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Provide support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients maintain their independence and dignity
What We Need From You
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • At least three professional references
  • A commitment to working at least two shifts per week with the same client(s)
  • Basic English communication skills (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Completion of any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements

  • Flexible shifts: weekdays, weekends, or evenings

*Weekend shifts begin between Saturday 12:01 AM and Sunday 11:59 PM.

**To be eligible for the wage increase, you must fulfill Honor's guidelines as a driver (valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record), have over 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, complete 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and maintain good standing with Honor. The $18.00 rate is applicable in select regions and primarily applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients.
