Respects the dignity of all personnel and recognizes their merit.<br><br><ul><li>Attend and participate in all required Safety and Operational meetings.</li><li>Communicate "Sea Project / Sea Term Course" requirements to relevant Area Authority.</li><li>Manage time effectively to ensure full completion of "Sea Project / Sea Term Course" Requirements prior to Disembarking Vessel.<br><br></li></ul><strong>OPERATIONS:<br><br></strong>Ensure conformance to Company policies, local and international regulations relating to the operation of the rig, and current pollution regulations.<br><br><ul><li>Complete the requirements within the Operation Internship Program.</li><li>Assist with carrying out periodic maintenance according to AIM guidelines and coordinate that maintenance with supervisors and other department heads.</li><li>Apply the permit to work and isolation systems as required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>HSE REQUIREMENTS:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Protect personnel, the environment, and assets by eliminating hazards and reducing health and safety risks.</li><li>Understand Company OI & HSE requirements applicable to the job position.</li><li>Execute work in accordance with Company OI & HSE requirements.</li><li>Call a Time Out when a real or perceived at risk behavior or unsafe condition is observed.</li><li>Use WorkSight ENGAGE during the execution of planned work.</li><li>Report all incidents, potential hazards, or abnormal situations to a supervisor.</li><li>Incorporate the Control of Work process into all work, whether working alone or as part of a team.</li><li>Understand and implement major accident barriers / controls applicable to the job position.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout and on completion of all work.</li><li>Understand your role in an emergency, as designated in the Emergency Response Plan and Station Bill.</li><li>Participate in all emergency drills and exercises, as required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>PERSONNEL:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Meet the training requirements according to the applicable training matrix.</li><li>Maintain discipline onboard and ensure compliance with Company disciplinary procedures.</li><li>Represent the relevant Maritime Academy with Distinction while employed with Transocean.</li><li>Communicate regularly with HR Program Manager: Sea project progress, offshore experience, and address concerns immediately.<br><br></li></ul><strong><em><strong><em>If you want to push yourself to great achievement, let Transocean develop your career.</em></strong></em></strong>
