Job Description

Responsibilities as Scootee 

  • Keep passengers safe & comfortable throughout their flight. 

  • Be brand ambassadors; work as a team to deliver exceptional service & add a vibrant touch to every interaction. 

  • Curate enjoyable travel experiences by combining up-to-date knowledge of your duties  & a Scootitude mindset!
     

Have what it takes to be a Scootee? 

  • Min. 18 years old to comply to legal & regulatory requirements of Singapore 

  • To carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard, you have to meet the following criteria: 

- Female: Have a height of 158cm OR a min. height of 156cm and be able to reach over the line of 210cm 

- Male: Have a height of 165cm OR a min. height of 162cm and be able to reach over the line of 210cm

  • Minimum qualification of:  

-> 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English); OR   

-> 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English) OR  

-> 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English 

  • Able to work on a rostered schedule including weekends & public holidays 

  • Medically fit to perform the role of a cabin crew 

  • Adapt quickly to manage situations on board whilst maintaining passengers’ safety. 

  • Due to our Grooming policy, this position requires a professional appearance at all times and candidates with visible tattoos are not permitted.
