PerkSpot is searching for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team! The role involves partnering with stakeholders to analyze data and create actionable insights, while maintaining dashboards and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business questions
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Support recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) across key business metrics
  • Assist in maintaining and improving data models and BI infrastructure
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Data Analytics)
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, investigating and resolving data discrepancies, and taking initiative to adapt analyses in support of evolving business needs
  • Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus
  • Exposure to Python or R is a plus but not required
