You\'ll help shape the look, feel, and voice of brands from the ground up, with the creative freedom to push boundaries and drive innovation in the Web3 space.</p><p><b>What You\'ll Be Doing:</b></p><p><b>Brand Identity Development</b></p><ul><li>Develop full brand systems: logos, typefaces, colour palettes, iconography, and visual frameworks.</li><li>Create and maintain robust brand guidelines and scalable design systems.</li><li>Partner with creative leadership to evolve and refine visual languages across projects.</li></ul><p><b>Visual Storytelling & Campaign Work</b></p><ul><li>Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals for marketing campaigns and product launches.</li><li>Design striking key visuals, advertising assets, and social media content to amplify brand presence.</li><li>Collaborate with motion designers to create engaging animations and motion-led brand content.</li></ul><p><b>Cross-Platform Execution</b></p><ul><li>Design assets across web, mobile, social, merchandise, packaging, presentations, and event materials.</li><li>Partner with product teams to integrate brand elements seamlessly into user interfaces and digital products.</li><li>Ensure visual consistency and quality across all brand expressions—both physical and digital.</li></ul><p><b>Creative Exploration & Innovation</b></p><ul><li>Introduce new design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep brand visuals fresh and future-forward.</li><li>Explore AI-assisted tools and interactive/3D branding to push creative boundaries.</li></ul><p><b>Collaboration & Creative Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Work alongside motion designers, copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and strategy.</li><li>Support external creative agency partnerships and collaborate on high-visibility global projects.</li><li>Perform quality assurance checks to uphold a high standard of design excellence.</li></ul><p><b>Must-Have Experience</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in brand design, identity creation, and storytelling across digital and physical platforms.</li><li>A portfolio that demonstrates top-tier branding, campaign work, and multi-platform visual execution.</li><li>Deep understanding of visual strategy, brand systems, typography, colour theory, and layout.</li><li>Mastery of <b>Adobe Creative Suite</b> (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and <b>Figma</b>.</li><li>Experience in designing for digital-first brands, including web, social media, and motion.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of explaining design rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.</li><li>Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>A desire to push creative boundaries and produce award-winning work.</li><li>Open to learning Web3 concepts—blockchain-specific knowledge is not required but is a plus.</li></ul><p><b>Bonus Points</b></p><ul><li>Experience with <b>3D design tools</b> (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender) or integrating 3D into branding.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>motion graphics</b> and tools like After Effects.</li><li>Awareness of <b>emerging visual trends</b> in Web3 and digital culture.</li></ul><p><b>Location:</b> Fully remote – open to global candidates</p><p>If you’re ready to lead brand design in a fast-moving, design-centric company where creativity takes centre stage, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
