We also support partners/franchisee countries/shops (Saudi, Lebanon, Kuwait & Qatar) from this central support office. **Overview of the role** Your main role will be to support the daily accounting operations of the business and making sure that cash and expense payments are within guidelines and in line with budgets. You will be a part of the finance team and a key player in producing the month-end accounts. **What we’ll ask you to do** ? Responsibility for following company processes to make payments for multiple companies in different countries on a weekly basis; including but not limited to supplier payments, staff/salary payments, ad hoc payments. ? Maintenance and analysis of aged creditors for multiple companies. ? Filing all payments and associated documentation accurately. ? Maintenance and reconciliation of petty cash within the head office in AED as well as multiple foreign currencies. ? Project cash needs within head office to ensure sufficient cash is always at hand in multiple currencies. ? Reporting on travel and accommodation expenditure versus budget, analysing this by department and cost type and communicating to department heads. ? Reconciling quarterly insurance payments and postings to the accounts. ? Support the month-end process enabling the finance team to meet challenging deadlines, with focus on maintaining prepayments and accruals. ? Intercompany reconciliations **Who you’ll be** ? Experience using either Microsoft Dynamics, Navision or Business Central ? Can effectively communicate in English (written & oral) ? Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail ? 1 years’ experience in an accounting ? Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles ?
