Amazon Brand Support Needed – Pirro’s Sauce (Brand Registered)

Brand: Pirro’s Sauce

Marketplace: Amazon (US)

Brand Status: Brand Registered (I am the brand owner)

I am looking to hire an experienced Amazon Brand Manager / Catalog Specialist to help fix existing listing issues and optimize the brand for stronger performance.

1. Variation & Catalog Issue Resolution (High Priority)

We currently have multiple variation-related problems across our listings. I need someone who deeply understands Amazon’s catalog structure.

Tasks include:

Audit all existing SKUs and parent/child relationships

Fix broken, incorrect, or suppressed variations

Correct variation themes (size, pack count, flavor, etc.)

Resolve ASIN merge/split issues

Ensure variations comply with Amazon category rules

Eliminate duplicate ASINs and listing conflicts

Communicate with Seller Support if needed (case logs required)

Must-have skill: Proven experience fixing complex variation issues without losing reviews or ranking.

2. Amazon SEO Optimization (Core Growth Focus)

I want all listings fully optimized for Amazon search, not Google-style SEO.

Scope:

Keyword research using Amazon-focused tools (Helium 10, DataDive, etc.)

Optimize:

Titles

Bullet points

Descriptions

Backend search terms

Improve indexing for priority keywords

Optimize for both conversion + ranking

Ensure compliance with Amazon style guidelines

Goal: Increase discoverability and conversion rate across all SKUs.

3. A+ Content (Brand Storytelling & Conversion)

Support needed with A+ Content Manager to elevate the brand.

Tasks:

Review existing A+ content (if any)

Recommend new A+ module structure

Write persuasive, on-brand copy

Ensure visual hierarchy supports conversion

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies

Coordinate content so it aligns across all SKUs

Bonus if you can recommend Premium A+ readiness (if applicable).

4. Brand Store Review & Optimization (If Applicable)

We have an Amazon Brand Store:

Audit store layout and navigation

Recommend improvements to improve time-on-store and conversion

Ensure consistent branding across all product families

5. Compliance, Health & Suppression Prevention

Identify any listing compliance risks

Fix suppressed or restricted listings

Ensure food-category compliance (claims, wording, formatting)

Create SOPs to prevent future catalog issues

6. Strategic Recommendations for Amazon Growth

I want proactive guidance—not just task execution.

Please provide:

Listing improvement recommendations

Bundling or pack strategy ideas

Cross-variation strategy suggestions

PPC readiness feedback (even if you don’t manage ads)

Brand protection best practices

Ideal Freelancer Profile

Required:

3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central

Demonstrated success with variation fixes

Experience with Brand Registered food brands

Strong English copywriting skills

Clear communication and documentation

Nice to Have:

Experience with A+ Content strategy

Understanding of Amazon FBA vs FBM implications

Familiarity with scaling premium food brands
