Amazon Listing Reinstatement Expert Needed – Negative Customer Feedback Suspension

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We are an established Amazon marketing agency managing multi-7 and 8-figure brands.

One of our clients has had a listing removed due to
negative customer returns feedback.

Amazon states there is a pattern of negative experiences and flagged the ASIN for:

* "Bad Detail Page"

  • Complaints about mismatch to description / condition / function
  • Potential wrong item / damaged / expiration-related issues
The ASIN is currently deactivated and impacting Account Health.

We need an experienced Amazon compliance specialist to:

  • Analyze the suspension reason and concession data
  • Review the listing detail page (content, images, claims, variations, etc.)
  • Identify root cause of the complaints
  • Draft a strong, structured Plan of Action (POA)
  • Advise on listing corrections required before appeal
  • Guide us through submission via Account Health dashboard
This is not a beginner job.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has successfully reinstated listings for similar "negative customer feedback" cases
  • Understands Amazon policy language and how to write appeals that get approved
  • Focuses on root cause + corrective + preventative action structure
  • Can move fast (we want appeal submitted within 3–5 days)

Please include in your proposal:

  • Examples of similar reinstatements you've handled
  • Your approval rate
  • Your process
  • Estimated timeline
  • Fixed fee quote
This could turn into ongoing compliance work across multiple brands if the collaboration goes well.

Looking forward to working with a true expert.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills:
Amazon Webstore, Amazon FBA, Amazon Seller Central
