Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery van to complete assigned routes.
  • Load and unload packages, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Use handheld devices for navigation, scanning, and communication.
  • Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain professional and friendly interactions with customers.
  • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including during adverse weather conditions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery-related challenges while on the road.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License (CDL not required)
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Capable of walking up stairs and performing physical delivery tasks
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to operate a delivery van safely and efficiently
  • Prior delivery experience is a plus but not required
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
