Summary

As a Line Maintenance Technician at JET Aircraft Maintenance, Inc., you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks on various aircraft.

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
  • Become familiar with and follow the requirements of the Repair Station Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, airworthiness directives, advisory circulars, manufacturers' service bulletins and any other guidelines required to perform assigned work.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace and/or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved data to ensure airworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using LMS software.
  • Execute all required paperwork in connection with assigned normal duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform work within estimated hours.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field, at least two years.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate (License)
  • Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list
  • Language: Read, Write, Speak and understand English. Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to pass a 10-Year Background investigation
  • Ability to obtain Airport Badges with US Customs Seal
  • Ability to pass pre-employment/random drug screening
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Possess clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, flexible shifts (24/7 operation)
  • Must provide experience and training certificates with resume
  • REQUIRED: A320 GenFam Training Minimum 40 hours
