We are seeking an experienced National Aftersales Performance Manager to lead our UAE aftersales operations. In this pivotal role, you will shape the aftersales business plan, optimize service locations, and champion innovation to ensure our brand remains ahead of the competition.</p> <h4>What You Will Do</h4> <ul> <li>Develop and execute aftersales business plans aligned with company strategy.</li> <li>Achieve and exceed targets for net sales, gross margin, and net profit across service locations.</li> <li>Analyze and improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization at every location.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Parts Distribution Centre to optimize inventory and ensure customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Design and implement marketing campaigns and incentive programs to drive demand and revenue.</li> <li>Lead business excellence initiatives, enhance the omnichannel customer experience, and implement best practices.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with dealer principals and brand stakeholders.</li> <li>Support HR strategies, including talent management, employee engagement, and Emiratisation objectives.</li> </ul> <h4>Required Skills to Be Successful</h4> <ul> <li>8–12 years’ experience in automotive aftersales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.</li> <li>Proven ability to optimize automotive services and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong experience in omnichannel customer experience mapping and CRM.</li> <li>Expertise in business transformation, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau).</li> <li>Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking).</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present complex data clearly.</li> <li>Fluency in English; GCC and premium automotive brand experience are advantageous.</li> </ul> <h4>About the Team</h4> <p>You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering best-in-class aftersales service and customer experience.
