Job description

  • Booking, Recording and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Bank, suppliers, customers reconciliation and Intercompany reconciliations
  • Follow-up with customers for payments collection and sending regular statement of accounts
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Review and reconcile balance sheets and Income statements
  • Preparing cost sheet and price fixing of SKU
  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability
  • Manage UAE and Africa tax compliance and filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Stock reconciliation and managing ad hoc Stock audit with overseas location
  • Monthly Payroll coordination with HR and Compliance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls
  • Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and initiatives
  • Assist and support in ERP implementation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • CA final /ACCA fully qualified /Cost Accountant or other relevant professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Tally /Retail Pro, experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus .
  • Experience in ERP implementation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving ,and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
