TASKS

Your tasks as an Account Executive may include, among others:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the repair portfolio, working closely with Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization
  • Lead acquisition campaigns, present customer-focused proposals, and negotiate competitive contracts in partnership with Strategic Account Management
  • Build long-term executive relationships with key customer decision-makers, leveraging insights from Customer Success and Strategic Account Management teams
  • Share best practices, market intelligence, and customer feedback to support collective success and innovation
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to customer executives and internal leadership

  • All other duties as assigned or required

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field required
  • 5+ years in sales or account leadership roles with a strong record in new business acquisition and growth. Aviation MRO background strongly
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German, Spanish and/or Portuguese language desirable
  • In-depth understanding of aircraft component repair, overhaul, and commercial models within the Americas market
  • Expert skills with Microsoft tools; experience with SAP/CRM platforms and relevant operational systems
  • Willingness to travel frequently (60-80%) to customer locations (domestic and/or international) multiple times per month
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
